i started making pies when i was 13 i think. mom---- is that right?
i love the process of making the crust.
its my favorite part.
the filling....whatev. it can be anything.
this one was strawberry though.
i put a cream cheese lemon zest layer on the bottom, then the strawberries.
YUM.
favorite kind of pie? tell me. i need inspiration for the next one.

sounds delish! my favorite kind of pie is DEFINITELY chocolate. chocolate cream pie...mmm. very close behind it is key lime, though. oh great, my mouth is watering now ;)

(08.17.10 @ 10:46 PM)I LOVE baking. My favorite to eat is key lime pie (I am from Florida!) It's so easy and fun, with some fresh berries on top. Mmm.
I also love strawberry rhubarb, lemon meringue...and pretty much anything in a crust!
