i went on a really long walk with my neighbor val this morning and just got back.

cosmo and i have been settling in to each other really really nicely.
he flips his lid when i leave the room,
probably because i'm here 24/7, sitting right next to him at my computer editing photos. emailing people. loving my life. etc.
i think he's really happy. he's also the most curious little bird i've ever seen.
(i can't believe i own a bird.)

You have Cosmo and we have deer. We have them in our yard right now! There are three up at the back of our land. We're so used to having them here - we don't even go look anymore. love ya
