cosmo's been just hanging out at the table lately---- for instance, right this second he is sitting on his new favorite chair. the one at the end. its his. which also means lots of feathers and dust right at the table where we eat. awesome. sanitary. perfect.
so i made some lemonade the other day----- 1/2 a lemon, GINGER....mint, and honey. smash it all up, and there! lemonade. i am normally not into recipes (too many rules!), but this one felt inspiring to me. it was the most refreshing drink.

That lemonade looks so pretty...I don't even like ginger and I totally want to drink it. :)
(07.25.11 @ 03:49 PM)I have a wonderful cockatiel named Oiseau, and he always got to hang out on the breakfast table. We always put a pencil on the table for him to play with, and his favorite game was to roll it off the edge, run over to look at it with his head cocked to the side, and then wait for someone to pick it up. He's hanging out with my mom right now, several states away, and I miss him!
