first of all we're going to need to talk about how altogether gorgeous natalie is.
alexander said he was first attracted to her dark hair and her eyebrows.
a man who notices eyebrows is a MAN.

this wedding embodied sweetness and fun.
when xander and the guys busted out the mustaches i could barely hold myself together. an absolute crack up.
when xander then proceeded to completely cry as natalie walked down the aisle, i also could barely hold myself together.
so happy for the two of you :)

she re-purposed the bridesmaids dresses from katie's wedding and added pleats and broaches. so smart.

Andrew and Rachael were married at Occidental College in their chapel------- on a Sunday right before Christmas. The getting-ready room reminded me of 80's prom, which to me means AMAZING. guys on one side, girls on the other, divided only by a thin twirly divider.

this wedding was special because practically the entire wedding party was made up of my friends from college. i also photographed the weddings of 2 of the groomsmen------- which made it extra fun. they had all essentially been photographed by me before, so it was one giant party. i loved it.
what i ALSO loved was the serendipitous mail truck parked right across the street from the church. are you kidding me? it was a dream come true for me, the girl with the mail obsession. and how perfect is ben in this photo?
and make sure to glance to the right to see the flowing white locks of the mailman himself.

and now for the beautiful laura. her mom made her dress, and this necklace went absolutely perfectly. and lets take a minute to talk about her CURLS.
i loved these girls' dresses! so rad!

laura's DAD planned out the whole gym transformation. he mapped it all out with ben, actually. this place was like a wonderland. it was magic.
these flowers, were amazing. to have huge moss-covered sticks as the focal point was brilliant.
ben and laura. you guys win for the most creative exit strategy------ glow sticks? only you. so creative.

i remember noticing so many little details around the house that i thought would be good for a ring shot, but when i saw these mini bottles in the bathroom and my eyes went wide. i borrowed them for a while and set them up on the piano bench in the living room. i love this photo.
i always ask the groomsmen what they want to do for their photos and this is what these guys came up with. amazing.
love this one!
i think i took at least 100 photos of these centerpieces! not exaggerating.
no offense to blogspot.com......... but this blog makes things so much prettier.

i just got a big shipment of albums in and needed to show you.
colors just delight me.
textures? obsessed with them.
these albums have THE most perfect covers ever.
and! they are SO CUTE! they're tiny... either 4x6" or 5x5".
i really want to keep all of them just to look at....
but they are for my pretty clients.
they have super thick mat-board pages,
they're classy,
they're simple,
they're fun.
